Agreement
These terms cover your use of Valerden. By creating an account you accept them. If you are using Valerden for a company, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.
What the service is
Valerden analyses the job and customer data you upload and presents findings, estimates and suggested actions. Recommendations are based on the business data and assumptions you provide. They are estimates intended to support business decisions, not guarantees of financial results. You decide what to do with your pricing, your customers and your routes. Valerden never changes prices, sends messages or contacts your customers.
Free trial
Your 7-day free trial begins when your first real analysis completes, not when you sign up, and exploring the demo company does not start it. No card is required. The trial is available once per business. When it ends, your data and saved briefs remain stored and detailed findings are locked until you subscribe.
Subscription and billing
The plan is $29/month, billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, with applicable taxes added where required. Payment details are handled by the provider; we never store your card. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Founding price. It stays the same for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If your subscription fully ends and you return later, the public price at that time applies.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, the provider retries it and your access continues while it does. If collection ultimately fails, access moves to the limited state — your data, analysis and saved briefs are not deleted.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for unused days unless the law where you live requires it.
Your data and your account
You keep ownership of the business data you upload. You are responsible for having the right to upload it, for the accuracy of what you upload, and for keeping your login details secure. You may delete imported data or your entire account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes the data from the live product straight away and cannot be undone; limited residual copies may remain temporarily in backups, security logs or provider systems as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not upload data you have no right to share, attempt to access another customer's workspace, disrupt the service, or resell the analysis as your own product. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Valerden available at all times, but the service is provided as is, without a guaranteed uptime commitment. Features may change as the product develops. If we make a change that materially reduces what you pay for, we will tell you by email.
Limitation of liability
Valerden's figures are modelled estimates, and business decisions remain yours. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
Ending the relationship
You can stop using Valerden and delete your account at any time. We may end access for non-payment or for a breach of these terms, with reasonable notice where practical.
